Suggested use
For children ages 4 and up, take 1 gummy 20-30 minutes before bedtime.
Other ingredients
Organic tapioca syrup, organic cane sugar, pectin, natural flavor, citric acid, organic fruit and vegetable juice (color), sodium citrate, coconut oil, carnauba wax.
