Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

In such cases, Mr. Vitamins will cover all replacement or return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement product or refund, depending on the situation.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed-upon payment method, according to applicable procedures and regulations.

Shipping Costs

If a return is requested for reasons unrelated to a product defect or an error by Mr. Vitamins, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a damaged item, manufacturing defect, or an incorrect product sent by Mr. Vitamins, all shipping and replacement costs will be covered by us.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled free of charge before they are shipped or handed over to the shipping carrier.

If an order has already been shipped, applicable shipping fees may be deducted from any approved refund.
