A great alternative for seed oils or butter and derived exclusively from coconuts without the use of chemicals or hexane to provide a product that is quick and easy to digest without any taste. Studies indicate Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) may help fuel the brain and body— particularly for those following a ketogenic, low-carb lifestyle. Our MCT Oil provides a full spectrum blend of energy-dense MCTs including Caprylic Acid (C8), Capric Acid (C10) & Lauric Acid (C12) to provide well-rounded support especially for those in a state of ketosis.

Suggested use
Adults begin by using 1 tablespoon (15 mL) daily, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.
Helpful Tip: May consume 1 tablespoon 1-3 times daily, once tolerance is reached. Excessive consumption may cause digestive discomfort.

Note: SR® Organic MCT Oil will react with certain plastics, including foam cups, and should only be used with utensils and containers made of metal, glass, ceramic or safe HDPE/PET plastics.
